Project SEARCH Graduates 2016-17

Congratulations on our interns for completing their year on Project SEARCH.

Here is what some of our mentors have had to say about their journey this year:

Damien, Housekeeper

Damien, Housekeeper

Damien

“Damien is a very well liked person on the unit. He is very hard working and focuses on small detail in every job he does. With written instructions he is able to work by himself and complete the tasks given. Damien has gained more confidence in speaking to others in conversation and seems more at ease. He has knowledge of equipment and stock and where it is kept. Damien has been a big help and will be missed by all when he leaves.” – Mentor Neonatal Unit

“Damien listened to everything. Once he had learned the tasks he did a really good job. Damien s very focused and methodical in his work, and I wish him all the best for the future and everything he does.” – Mentor Wards 8-11
