Project SEARCH Graduates 2017-18

Congratulations on our interns for completing their year on Project SEARCH Bradford.

Here is what some of our mentors have had to say about their journey this year:

“Connor was a real asset to the team during his internship. He was punctual, smart and pleasant with everyone. His work was of a high standard and he was very quick to understand and complete the task at hand. He did a number of pieces of work within the department which meant that he had to frequently change his office and other members of staff he was working alongside of. He took this in his stride and responded brilliantly to change in location and workload.” Mentor, Finance

“We have been really impressed with Sophie’s commitment over the last few weeks that she has been with us. Her confidence has grown and she has proved to be a valued member of the Ward Hospitality Team, fully participating in all day to day tasks. “John worked independently in his role whilst I (mentor) was on holiday over the last two weeks. He has had three trust inductions within that time to take photos for and make ID badges. I am disappointed that his placement will soon come to an end, he has been invaluable to the team.” Mentor, Estates

“Joe has shown he is very capable within the kitchen environment, he has really good preparation skills. After speaking to the rest of the team- we have offered him a job!” Manager, Restaurant
